![]() 1902 Spring & Summer Chicago Mail Order and Millinery Co. Catalog : page after page illustrations of Edwardian era Hats of the day. This catalog was issued by the Chicago Mail Order and Millinery Company which was one of the most popular and largest mail order companies in the country and had been founded in 1889. In 1902, about the time this was published, it was incorporated in Illinois and in 1906 the name of the business changed to Chicago Mail Order Company when they were expanding their product offerings and deemphasized the Millinery aspect of their company and name.
